Despite their advertisements and claims of treating everyone so wonderfully and making it a great experience, no matter your age, it would appear that that only applies if you are not a member of the LGBTQIA COMMUNITY. This is a warning for parents of children who are in the community or on the spectrum. The bedside manner is completely unacceptable.

After misgendering my daughter multiple times during a visit recently my concerned call to the office was completely dismissive.

My 5 yo son needed fillings and winning smiles did a beautiful job. All of the staff and providers were friendly and fantastic with kids. My kids actually want to go to the dentist. I’m especially grateful for the dental assistants who went above and beyond with my kids to make it a great experience

I’ve been taking my kids here forever. It’s the only dentist they know for cleanings and braces. We always have a nice experience. The bad thing is the hours!!! This is pediatric dentistry yet the main hours of operation are pretty much school hours. I had to reschedule a cleaning my son has in May and he’s being rescheduled for December because he can’t miss any more school.

Hopefully the cancellation list works out. It would be great if there were a couple days a week that this location was open late. This has always been an issue here.

Amazing! My daughter loves coming here. All of the staff are super friendly, gentle and kind. The waiting room has toys and an awesome little movie room with books, as well as coloring sheets and crayons. My daughter always leaves with a balloon, a toy, and a rubber duck. She loves coming to the dentist.
