At first everything was very good, now the truth is that the receptionists' attention to what you are talking about is terrible and even rude. The doctors everything was super good at the moment. I recommend that you read the contract that they give you to sign very carefully, or you will be in for a big surprise later.

Not sure why I went to him with bad infection in my gum and he wouldn't give me medication to help the pain and cure the infection. Yes, I have very bad teeth and i didn't take his recommendations to be transferred to a specialist for a deep cleaning a year ago. But still that doesn't give him the right to refuse to give me medication and insist for me to go to that specialist for treatment.
I got an appointment with a new doctor who can do the deep cleaning after taking care of the gum infection. Thanks for a week of pain that could have been avoided if he had given me the correct medication.

This was a ten until I was diagnosed with Colon Cancer on March 1st I was driving 1. 5 hours to have my braces done here because of the great hours. I called the office to speak to my Orthodontist and Endodontist - they never returned my call. I needed to speak to them about my treatment and my diagnosis of cancer. Two weeks of leaving messages and no response. I was told that I have to go through the office manager and she then determines if the doctor needs to call me.
I was told, "It isn't our fault you have cancer. " This was the response to my statement of why I could not drive 1. 5 hours due to having colon cancer and the doctor could call me to discuss the options over the phone. I am now trying to get an appointment to remove my braces before my chemo treatments start and again. . .
they will not return my call or schedule an appointment to have them taken off. Do not go here. It truly is too good to be true. I am a cancer survivor with braces that need to be removed to ensure I have no dental issues that need to be addressed and this office will not assist in any manner.
