Came in for a Fill-In procedure and it was improperly done ! I am experiencing more pain then I was before and I was told by Dr.Zach to go visit the emergency room. They are so unprofessional and the office staff is rude ! I strongly do not recommend. P.S this is how the cashier handed me back my money ! Very rude

The lack of customer service at this establishment is truly disappointing. The receptionist, an older black female at the front desk, displayed a complete lack of professionalism. When I arrived, she simply stared at me without offering a greeting.

After I mentioned my appointment, her only response was a terse ‘okay. ’ I’ve been a patient for years, even before the transition to Winston Smiles, but this will be my last visit.

Called for an emergency appointment. Asked to speak to supervisor or manager and candy/candice refused to let me speak to them to take matters into her own hands. I asked about rectifying what ever previous issue there was and was told because I missed an appointment back in 2016 I could never come back. Life happens and this was so insensitive. I hope they never have an emergency and get services refused.

Terrible customer service. I was not rude to this woman and her attitude was defensive and demeaning as if she already made up in her mind that I called to argue. Health care is NOT the place for her.

I was very pleased with the staff and how they were concerned and tooken so much consideration of how your mind frame is of what brought you there. In my case it was a terrible accident that should not have taken place. I had to have six different visits until my dentist. Quote on quote yes I said my dentist actually straighten my teeth well enough to prep me for the orthodontist.

Because I went through something really hard and they cared for me each and every step of the way which was quite a blessing. I recommend family and friends. I now have beautiful teeth and they're still all mines. 🥰🌹
