I echo what a few posters have said recently. I noticed my last few times there were new hygeniests and front office staff. That last hygeniests was on acid or something. . . very goofy.

I got a call a couple weeks ago and was notified that my insurance was no longer accepted and that witters does not work here anymore. What a hot mess of a practice. Poor communication to customers is not a recipe for success. The revolving door of staff was a dead giveaway.

Dr. Witters has always been a great dentist and I am sorry to hear that he is retiring. That being said I hate how I am being treated during the transition to Dr. Parker. A few weeks ago they recemented a crown that came unglued in less than a year after being installed.

2 weeks after that the crown broke into several pieces so I made an appointment to get it replaced. Now 4 days before my appointment they call to tell me they no longer accept my insurance and I will have to pay full price for something that should be under warranty. I am now left scrambling to find a dentist to help.

I am very disappointed in the practice. For 5 years I received excellent care from them, which meant a lot as my father was my previous dentist. U say why the disappointment because my cleaning was canceled less than 48 hrs before my appointment.

According to staff they didn't realize they no longer took my insurance? Really you just figured that out? Sorry but as a busy professional this was unacceptable. I share this so others won't be affected by poor management of the office where you have an excellent dentist.

If i could give a zero i would. In 2016 I stopped going here but my family continued. I saw a dentist who closed down and I made appointment here. I drove 45 minutes to be told they called me YESTERDAY to cancel. Lady at front said they called me in April but I didn't make this appointment until last week.

In May. Lady at front rude and nasty. Awful service and extremely unprofessional. I revived no calls canceling YESTERDAY! if you can't get ahold of the patient, wouldn't you call other numbers on their file?
