I agree with all of the negative reviews. I went to this dental for many years and that was the biggest mistake for my dental and my physical health because bad dental work can cause health problems. They seem nice, professional and caring but they are slick, sly and incompetent. The fillings they put in don’t last and you have to get them replaced and the fillings become bigger and bigger until you have nothing left and the fillings come in contact with the nerves in your mouth. Just like one reviewer mentioned Dr Barbet told me that I needed a filling which I now know that I did not need and ended up giving me seven fillings without telling me. When the fillings were over she gave me something in my mouth like you get when doctors numb the gum so I thought she wasn’t done. She was done so why did she do that when it was over? When I left I went to Target before going home and I began to feel weird and my eyes were watery and liquid was streaming down my face. This happened for a least 30 minutes. I thought I was going to have to emergency. I don’t know what she did to me but I will never trust her or go back to that office again. I realized that I was used as a Guinea pig so that they could show a perspective employee how they did fillings. She told me I needed a filling. When I went for my appointment I waited in the lobby longer than usual because they were always punctual with their appointments so I believe they were waiting for the lady to arrive that they wanted her to see how they did my fillings.

Dr Barbat asked me if I mind if they let a future employee watch them do my filling and I said it was okay because I didn’t think much of at the time and I didn’t realize until afterwards what was done to me and I am still not totally sure except they filled seven old and new fillings that were not necessary. My life and mouth has never been the same. I need a lot of corrective dental work. Also, beware of Serina, the dental hygienist. She damaged my front tooth and denied it. She hit my front tooth which one of her tools while she was cleaning my teeth. I later starting having pain over tat tooth. I complained for a long time and was told there was nothing wrong . Finally, I went back complaining about pain and was told that there was something wrong and gave me a referral to another doctor for a root canal. I was told that my tooth was damaged from truma because there wasn’t any thing else that could have made me have problems. She damaged my tooth when she hit it with her tool. Also, she gave me a type of deep cleaning, a debridement every time I went after my first or second visit without telling me but billing the insurance company between 400. 00 and 500.

00 dollars each time. Have you noticed that they never give you a dental treatment plan? If you ask for your dental records, they probably won’t give them to you. They gave me a print out of the log of what they charged me and or the insurance company. I don’t know if it was accurate because the lady at the front desk told me that she would send it to me after Serina made changes. What did she need to fix? Everytime I went to get a cleaning, it only took fifteenth minutes. If you google a debridement, it should take a lot longer. It should take at least fourty five minutes to one hour minimally. There is a lot more I could say but hopefully you got the message to make sure you watch these two who are dishonest, uncaring, and lacking ethics, empathy, and moral integrity. If they try to discredit me and/or this review, please don’t listen. My only reason is I am trying to save you and your family from having a bad experience. I feel bad because I should have written this review years ago. I decided to come forward when I read some of the other one star reviews and it felt like my story. You both should be ashamed and if there is really a thing called karma, you will get you payback and I still won’t feel sorry for you Dr Barbat or you Serena because the both you messed up my life! I wish I could post giving 0 stars!

I have been going to this office for years now and have been nothing, but satisfied. Dr. Barbat’s work is always skillfully done and the entire staff is absolutely amazing! They are kind, generous, professional and accommodating. I’d say these qualities are almost uncommon, but not at this office, because it is consistently and genuinely displayed. Wild horses could not drag me away.

I had been a patient for well over 15 years. I never had any major dental issues so I just went and had my cleanings every 6 months. Last year I had an emergency and I called to reschedule my appointment, I was told that I would have to pay a missed visit fee. So I found another dentist thankfully I did. I am now 47 years old and I have to get braces because I grind my teeth at night and my mouth is not aligned properly. All of these years no one ever said anything.

I had one visit with my new dentist and she referred me to the orthodontist immediately. I am so frustrated, had they did their job I could have been in and out of braces by now. I’ve referred several people here and I’ve told them all to find a new dentist immediately. The worse dental care office.
