My son has severe non verbal autism. Dr. Wonderly and her staff were amazing with him. They took the time to understand his needs and were respectful of his boundaries creating a safe environment that made us feel welcome. I scheduled a second frenectamy for my daughter since the first one was ineffective. I drive 45 minutes to this place ready to go and prepped my daughter. They look at her and she says “oh yea she does need another one”. I replied with” yep that’s what we are here for”. She then told me to go ahead and schedule the procedure, which I was under the impression that was the purpose of this appointment.

She then told me that they don’t do it the same day as the consultation because “new policy” which conveniently makes her more money and served virtually to benefit to the patients. My time was wasted with no warning whatsoever. THEN when I finally do go in the following week with my daughter I asked them to use gas. My daughter got NO relief from this “gas”, it did nothing for her. It was basically just air.

THEN as I’m trying to console my crying and shaking daughter the receptionist tries to overcharge me by over $500. I THEN had to argue with the receptionist while my daughter is hysterical. I find it so interesting that this “new policy” also made this procedure hundreds of dollars more expensive than it was one year ago and that her patients weren’t informed of any of this. This practice will shake you down and waste your time.

I don't where to start to express how awesome everyone is here. They have such a great team of professionals. Sheila is my hygienist, she is the best I've ever had . I am 56 for reference and have been going to a dentist since I was 3. Our dentist here is so nice and very very thorough.
