Absolutely unprofessional, they can't stick to their delivery times for the "services" that they claim provide, as well as not seeing when they are in the wrong. We have tried various times to give them possible solutions on how to correct the errors in the service so that the outcome would be acceptable. But they refused to acknowledge that there was any fault with the product. Regarding the service, it was for Dentures; if one cannot provide an easy, accurate, and timely service, as least state as such in the beginning.

A family member or mine went to them for dentures, however at every turn they fumbled, and the results were far less than agreeable. They never lined up properly, the teeth were pointed outward, the denture piece created a clearly visible overbite, and what's worse is that they didn't even line it up correctly. The area where the middle of the gums would be was about half an inch to the left, vs where the middle of their teeth showed. Personally, seeing how many times they tried to make up excuses and had issues with that service, they should not provide it.

And I would not recommend anyone looking for denture services to ever grace their office.

Wow! I just left this dentist office shocked at the behavior of the dentist's wife Ann. She is 70 so I had to give her grace. I came in because she left me a message about canceling an appointments I never scheduled. As i explained to her in the past STOP scheduling me appointments I never requested. She thinks if she leaves you a message that constitutes agreeing to the appointment shes made for you. She also stated they will no longer be seeing me. Her behavior was offensive and juvenile. I asked to speak with the admin to refresh his memory about our past conversation.

My last appointment was to get a bridge and Crowns recemented. When I came they didn't even have cleaning appointments until the new year. While speaking with the admin she was behind him making faces and pointing at herself when I asked who owns this establishment and allows this kind of behavior. She walked over to us and as I was explaining my last conversation and said dont call me a liar. I'm in charge and I'm not seeing her. It was so uncomfortable for the admin he had to say stop. I advised she's an elderly person and I was not raised to go back and forth with my elders so im going to be silent. As far as the dental service it was good.

Everyone else at this establishment treated me with respect and did their job in a professional manner. Dr. Wong & Young its time to make a tough decision. I'm a Christian and am taught not to judge. I would say maybe it's time for Ann to retire and be tested for the manic behavior she displayed. Her behavior was eradic and disturbing. I'm going to keep her in my prayers!

My entire family has been going to Dr. Wong and now Dr. Yung for decades, they are always so wonderful and do their best to get us in when needed. Ann is always so sweet when we check in, the hygienists are great, and Edwin is always super helpful.

THE best dental experience I have ever had. First with Dr. Kaitlyn (Kathlyn?) I forgot exactly. But followed by Dr. Yung and now Dr. Wong (plus Dr. Wong’s dental assistant 11/5/24 was super amazing as well) they were so so nice, encouraging, and supportive. Made me so comfortable and they felt so sincere. Thank you!
