Dr Wang and his assistants and office staff provided excellent service to me for complex bridge and crown related issues for the past few years, and some fillings and cleanings. Dr Wang explained the issues, options, risks, and recommendations at every step of the way, and patiently answered all my questions so I could make an informed decision.

I have been satisfied with the cleaning service I received, except for the wait time. However, when I had a crown redone, I was required to pay upfront before my appointment. The person I spoke with confirmed both the amount I needed to pay and what the insurance will cover.

I was surprised when I later received another bill stating that I owed more and when I called them i was told that the initial amount was just an estimate. Please be clear and honest with your patients about costs before starting any procedure.

All staff members were very friendly and highly professional. They referenced small details from my last visit and made me I am a valued patient. They are highly efficient as well: my appointment was scheduled at 3:30 and they brought me in immediately at that time and I was driving off the lot at 4:10. Definitely recommend this dental office.
