I’ve always had a positive experience at this dental clinic. I took my daughter here with a very bad tooth infection. They were able to get her seen the same day, prescribed her antibiotics and scheduled an appt for general anesthesia at children’s hospital soon after. I had looked into other dental clinics and their wait time would have been 6 months to a year. I definitely can’t say enough how much i appreciate Dr.

Nick and everyone at the clinic. Everyone is pleasant and welcoming. Dr. Nick is always positive and works super well with kids. Super kid friendly clinic!

I scheduled my child’s appointment with your office specifically to see Dr. Greg, based on numerous positive recommendations. When I scheduled the appointment, I was assured that we would be seeing him. However, upon check-in, no one mentioned any changes, and it wasn’t until we were taken to the back that the assistant informed me we would be seeing Dr. Jared instead.

I was disappointed that I was not notified of this change in advance. I believe clear communication is important, especially for a first visit, and unfortunately, this experience did not meet expectations. Due to this, we have decided not to return for future care.

I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Woodbury Pediatric Dentistry for their prompt and exceptional care. Dr. Greg and his team demonstrated a high level of professionalism, compassion, and efficiency in addressing my son dental needs. What truly stood out was the speed and timeliness of their response and service—unlike other clinics that often delay care due to lengthy appointment scheduling, insurance processing, and planning.

Woodbury Pediatric Dentistry provided immediate support and a clear, effective solution when we needed it most. Their commitment to patient-centered care is truly commendable, and I highly recommend their services.

I was very happy with this dental office until today. I declined X-rays and the front desk staff got an attitude after that. She told me that we wouldn’t be able to be seen there if we declined X-rays for two years in a row. I thought “whatever” and finished the rest of the check in making sure insurance address etc was up to date. When the hygienist came to get me to be in the room when the dentist came, she said they had done X-rays on my child. The front desk staff member heard this and she put her hands up in an “oops” or I don’t care pose and she said “I forgot”. I was steaming mad. I mentioned this to the hygienist and dentist right away that I was very upset because I did not consent to X-rays.

The hygienist said they usually get this info from the front desk on their computer but that she didn’t get it. I said then that maybe they need to change the system for how they relay this information because it clearly isn’t working. The dentist and hygienist were both very apologetic and kind about it and the hygienist apologized again on the way out for how I was treated by front desk staff. I do not fault them at all for this unless of course they really knew too and don’t care…. I don’t really know. An hour later I received a phone call from the front desk staff lady. She told me that she was sorry she forgot and that it wasn’t on purpose. She also told me that she never said we couldn’t be seen there if we refused X-rays too long and said she told me that I’d have to sign a paper if we refused more.

She blatantly LIED on the phone and tried to gaslight because did not in person mention the paper to sign and she did tell me we would not be seen there if we refused. That is trivial really. The big deal is that there was a complete breach of trust and this woman violated consent. Maybe it was an accident - maybe it was on purpose. Regardless, it never should have happened and honestly she should not have even called me to just double down on her attitude and lies about what happened. I will NEVER again bring my children to this dental office. Sadly they have lost three customers because one woman couldn’t do her job.
