Dr Aloor and staff are absolutely WONDERFUL ! I love the method they use for cleanings, it's done with water instead of scraping, and it's so comfortable. The rooms are cozy and there's a TV on the wall and on the ceiling if you want to watch TV while they're working. The hygienist is friendly, gentle and accommodating. I always feel fine in the chair. Dr. Aloor is a very laid back yet proactive Dentist. She encourages extra dental hygiene and focuses on rebuilding enamel in a more holistic way.

I love that. She would rather start small instead of jumping right into big work. The office staff are all so Friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. It's super easy to make an appointment. The texting option makes communicating convenient. If there is a cancellation, they let you know in case you'd like to go in early. I am supposed to premedicate for dental work, and they made sure I was taken care of.

***Also, my Daughter had a crack in her tooth and (unfortunately) went to another office across the street (never again,) they told her she needed to see a specialist for a root canal, when she went to the specialist he said it was absolutely NOT necessary and they should have just filled it. I was out of town, and Dr Aloor's office took her in immediately and filled her tooth without any issues. 🙏 It was telling when the Specialist's office had very good things to say was when I asked them to please send her results to Dr Aloor instead of the other office. *** This is the only Dentist I ever want to go to. Thanks, Dr Aloor and Staff.

The process was painful from the start including the multiple times the X-ray had to be repeated, and the dozen+ injections to numb the area. I elected not to get the extraction because I could still feel pain. Even the temporary filling was painful. They gave no after-visit instructions for the prescription or care for the filling. First time I’ve ever left a medical office with only a receipt and no other paperwork.

The prescription was not even called in until I called the office back. Walgreens sends text update when a prescription is started, which I didn’t receive until I called back, so I believe it wasn’t sent. Ultimately my pain and comfort level here was so poor that I stepped outside to schedule an appointment with another dentist while I was still numb and preparing for extraction. Office seems focused on churning through procedures rather than caring for people. They photographed and showed me the issue, which I appreciated.

They also got me in right away and were willing to do the procedure on the same day. But there was no way I was continuing with care there.

I recently visited Woodgrove Family Dentists, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and very attentive. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. The office is clean, modern, and well-organized, which added to the great experience.

If you’re looking for a caring and skilled dental team, I highly recommend Woodgrove Family Dentists. I’ll definitely be coming back for my future dental needs!

Dr Aloor is an excellent Dr. When you have a dental problem she listens to you and helps you to help solve the problem. Her staff are very nice too. Her receptionists who greet you are very sweet, too. Dr. Aloors staff work very hard to give you the best dental care possible.;therefore, I do recommend Woodgrove Dental Clinic.
