Dr. Bhat is one of the most caring orthodontists I’ve met. She has responded in times of broken wires or extra needs by seeing us outside of regular office hours and going beyond what we expected. She has a calm demeanor and she seems genuinely interested in teaching and listening to her assistants. My son’s treatment has ended in a great smile and my daughter is on her way to one too. :)

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Bhat and her assistants. I came in because my permanent retainer came unglued in my mouth after over twenty years of having it. The last time I had seen an orthodontist was when they put it in at this same practice but the orthodontist who ran it has since retired. I wasn’t sure if they’d see me since it had been so many years but I called and they were extremely helpful and said they would take a look the next day to see what could be done. I went in thinking they would reglue it and that’s it and hopefully it wouldn’t be crazy expensive. But Dr. Bhat was just incredible. She was so friendly and immediately wanted to help my situation.

I was in a lot of discomfort because the retainer was unglued on one side and was stabbing me in the gums and cheek anytime I had to eat or move my mouth at all. Originally they tried to reglue the side that came undone but it broke in the process and I accepted that it wouldn’t get fixed and I’d figure it out later. I was just happy they were willing to see me. But they went so above and beyond and offered to mold me a retainer and give it to me at no charge. I was amazed and would have happily paid for the cost since it was only maybe $150 but she said she was happy to help me and not to worry about it, it was “on the house. ” Aside from them doing this for me free of charge, everyone I encountered was so kind and professional. The assistants were so sweet and knowledgeable and kept apologizing for the discomfort of me taking photos since they had to hold my mouth open and stretch it to get the pictures they required. Dr. Bhat explained the whole process and was just so nice to work with.

She really seemed to care and take my questions seriously and just… wow. I will 100000% be coming here exclusively for any future orthodontia needs. Just a lovely woman to work with and her team is top notch. Thank you so much, Dr. Bhat and associates. I hope you see this and know how much this patient appreciates you and your kindness and expertise. Thank you thank you thank you.

My dentist recommended Dr Bhat. I would like to start by saying her staff is awesome! Dr Bhat (and the oral surgeon) were amazing in the beginning, they made getting an oral expander and braces seem like “not that big of a deal”. I was told “the worst I was likely to experience was a gap between my front teeth”. Once I got the oral expander and was having horrible problems they did not care at all. I was unable to eat solid food with the oral expander in, which was made very clear that it was a “me problem” by Dr Bhat and the oral surgeon who had already made it clear he did not care.

I spent 9 months unable to eat, in pain and unable to do my job or pretty much anything I love, all the while Dr Bhat trying to convince me that it was my fault I had neck pain and headache. Once the retainer and braces were out I told Dr Bhat I would not be returning. She then recommended I go to a tmj specialist. She never recommended any sort of help for my inability to eat or pain I was experiencing in the year and a half I was under her care. After getting the expander and braces removed my neck immediately went back to normal, and my headaches have completely gone away.

I would recommend doing more research if you are looking into getting this done, especially as an adult. Do not let Dr Bhat make a sale and then not support you afterwards.

Long time patient of Dr. Wagner, 2 kids, spouse and myself all have our smiles courtesy of Dr. Wagner. Dr. Wagner is a well respected orthodontics, with a warm persona and a stellar reputation with the kiddos and parents alike. It was a sad day when it finally became a reality that his son will not take over the practice. . .

I remembered that last tearful teddy bear hug from Dr. W. . . I was so skeptical about the new doctor, and yes, I started "shopping" around anticipating things to go wrong. No, Dr. Bhat did not win us over right away and with the curveball of a new business and pandemic mandatory closure, along with others, we were frustrated with the lack of adjustments BUT thankfully we hung around! Dr. Bhat is exceptional kind, gentle and charismatic.

Instead of publicly denouncing my child, she quietly pulled me and her aside to the private room, letting my daughter know her dental hygiene is subpar. Dr. Bhat's goes out of her way to accommodate "moody teenager"'s (aka my son :D) bad days. Excellent bedside manners, extensive knowledge and expertise in her field. The "moody teenager" is finally (urgh pandemic!) off braces now and we are constantly receiving compliments on his smile. Thank you Dr. Bhat!
