I received Invisalign treatment from World Class Dentistry recently and would highly recommend staying away from this practice. I found them to be extremely unprofessional and incompetent. I ended up having to get work corrected by another dentist and they tried charging me for retainers out of pocket, while filing the same claim with my insurance company.

Thankfully my insurance company rejected the claim and alerted me. Stay clear of this place, especially for Invisalign. There are a lot better options in the Lehigh Valley!

My dentist was closed all week for the holidays, and my tooth broke. World class took me in same day I called, even though I wasn't their patient, and they were awesome! Got my broken tooth fixed in one visit. I just filled out the paperwork to move to their office. Could not be happier. Easy to get to, lots of parking, and a great staff. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a dentist!

If I could give 10 stars, I would!! December 2022 I had a 6 month cleaning with my previous dentist. A day before they called me to cancel due to a hygienist being sick and they would put me on a cancelation list. I was called 2 weeks later and asked to come in an hour or make a new appt for June 2023. I decided after all that trouble as well as other little issues that were bothering me over the last year (not accepting insurance, unnecessary comments, human pin cushion, etc), I decided to take the leap and find a new dentist. I did some research and I called World Class Family Dentistry. They were able to get me on their schedule in 2 weeks from the day I called. Michelle was super helpful and very nice taking all my information and booking my appt.

When I arrived for my appt last week I was greeted by Michelle & Ashley (we had a little humorous exchange between us). Their waiting room was clean, comfy and beautifully decorated. There was no overwhelming "dental office odor" that I was used to at my previous place. Jennifer was my hygienist and was so nice and gentle. She took the time to talk to me and discuss my concerns and past issues. Following my cleaning I was greet by Dr. Season Rose who was just as kind and welcoming as everyone else I encountered in their office.

We discussed a treatment plan for an issue I was experiencing at the time and made an appt to return to correct the issues. It also appears they are very up on their equipment/technology and I was informed that they make their own crowns on site and do not require sending molds out and waiting, which was pretty spectacular in my book. They accept my insurance, did NOT make any unnecessary comments or place judgement on anything I do, I left with no pain/bleeding and a positive vibe. I kick myself for not switching 2 years ago when I started to get bad vibes with my previous dentist. I look forward to working with Dr. Rose and the rest of the team moving forward.

I personally was very pleased that Deb’ and her staff lived up to their Message and Information on their website. They fixed a bonding problem another dentist left me with. From start to finish, everyone made the visit a pleasant one, and very much worth my time.

They are Now my Dentist. I highly recommend you see their performance and results, then judge for yourself. 2025: Still Smil’n !
