I was working in WV from out of town and had an infected tooth that started giving me intense pain. I took one day off work and called every dentist in town. No one could take me in because it was last notice or I was not a regular patient. These guys took me in gave me an x ray and pulled my tooth all in the same day. 10/10 These future dentists rock. Thank you again

Will not be returning. Paid $800 up front to have my tooth break again 4 days later. Called to get a refund or something of the sort, and they said that wasn't possible, I'd have to come back and be reevaluated and pay another visit fee. Do not recommend to anyone. I would take your money and go to an actual office where you know they will treat you properly.

I wouldn't recommend going here unless you just want to waste your money. Paid a little over $300 to have a mold done of fiancees teeth to give her an estimate of the cost of dental implants which they advised was an option. After paying the costs for the mold and returning the following week she was told she couldn't do dental implants. Why would they even tell someone that's an option then say they're not providing a quote for dental implants and that's not even an option when the sole purpose of paying over $300 for the mold to be made.

Not happy to waste my time and money for nothing. Drove 3 hours one way multiple times to get work done here to be lied to and have money taken under the assumption it's for a quote for the dental procedure you inquired about. I don't mind paying for services but not when I'm lied to makes me feel as if I was robbed. Also wanted to add after the mold was done it made her teeth worse than before pulling some previously done fillings out and made her teeth loose and now have movement.

Left her in extreme pain and not wanting to go to a dentist no longer.

I had to get several periodontal surgeries done here. This is thousands of dollars worth of work done. It went well for the first couple surgeries. On my third one, the dr’s assistant started coughing. This made me very uncomfortable because my mouth is open the entire surgery. I informed the dr of this.

I have complications from Covid and I can’t risk exposure. I asked the dr if the assistant could upgrade to a tighter fitting mask, like an n95, for my next surgery. They then told me they thought it would be “a little rude” to ask them to, but they would. I felt like I was treated as an inconvenience. I was disappointed to hear that my concerns weren’t being taken seriously. I expected more diligence and professionalism from a WVU healthcare facility.

I called to file a complaint, and the person told me they would speak to their department. I never received a call back after that. Needless to say, I will be having my 4th surgery done at a place that will take my health and safety concerns more seriously.
