I called to schedule an appointment this afternoon and Unfortunately, I had to repeat myself every time I spoke on the phone . Despite spelling out my name and providing my date of birth using numbers, the receptionist still asked if I said 5” or 6”. To my surprise, she bluntly told me,”You have a very strong accent. ” I requested to speak with someone who could better understand me, but she refused and offered excuses.

Eventually, another lady took the call and immediately said , Yes , my lady you have a strong accent’, even before I could explain my reason for calling. This experience was absolutely disrespectful, and it left me feeling that they are racist.

About 2 months ago my grandson fell and broke off his 2 front teeth which made him very self conscious and depressed. He had an appointment with Wyatt Family Dentistry. From the time we arrived to this place we received A1 service; from Lisa”s warm welcome at the front desk, to the attentive lead dentist aide Jasmine, to the excellent work of Dr Wyatt.

I could tell that this staff really enjoy what they do and are very informative and at the same time get you in and out. If you are looking for a 5 star dentist I advise you to go here, you definitely won’t be disappointed! Oh and my grandson…He’s smiling again from ear to ear!

I am glad that this dental office is growing to the point that you have to wait months for an appointment, 5 or more for a cleaning. It was not always that way. However when I need to make appointment for procedures that would cost me out of pocket over $3000, I can get a appointment within 2 weeks. I made an appointment in October for an April appointment. They did not have my appointment and told me the next appointment will be months down the road.

This is not the first time having issues with appointments. I have recommended people to this dentist. The business part of this dentist office need a better system.

I was rescheduled from a previous app that the staffed booked me on. After that app my teeth were great. No cavities or anything that needed additional care. I show up for my rescheduled app with 1 days notice. And they schedule me for a deep cleaning that requires 2 apps $60. . (both) teeth whitening is $600.

I asked for a refund and to schedule a reg dental cleaning app. The lady at the front desk said reg dental cleaning won’t help. Waste of time i would not recommend going here. Be carful who you let work on your teeth. Sounds like a money grab and unprofessional.
