I honestly would never recommend this place to ANYONE! I made an appt to have all my teeth removed and get dentures. Was told a pain/relaxing pill would be called into my pharmacy a few days before my appt and to take it about an hour before my coming in. I also let them know that I am a type 1 Diabetic and would need antibiotics before the procedure. They said they would get those ordered and to pick up. My pharmacy never got anything from them. So I called and was told that they were just going to call me because they needed to rescheduled my appt. Which was fine because I still needed to be on antibiotics. At which I reminded them again I probably needed them. Nothing was called into my pharmacy at which point I just arrived a few minutes before time they gave me which was couple weeks later. I was dropped off told my ride that I should be done by 6pm. I believe my appt was at 330pm. But since they didnt order a prescription they told me walk over and get it. Said the pharmacy was about a mile away they said make sure I took the medicine before I left and walked back. I believe it was just after 4pm when I arrived back. It was not the worst experience having them removed but the doctor seemed very distracted talking with one of the girls that is possibly considered a dental hygienist/front receptionist. Still had 2 back molars left and all the light minus in the area I was in.
My ride had been waiting for roughly 20mins at that point and when the lights went out and the other employees were leaving and saw the doors get locked, he asked what was going on because he was there to pick me up. He was told that there was problems with getting my teeth out. And that was it. Finally about 15mins later the doctor came back in and took the last 2 out. Was sorta cleaned up and the doctor said to come back in 4 weeks to get fitted for dentures. Wasn't given any after procedure care instructions just given prescriptions for Tylenol with codeine and antibiotics. When I walked out it was after 7pm. A few hours later I was in so much pain, my face was completely swollen, I had horrible bruising on my entire inside of my mouth, on my lips and outer cheeks and jaw, and had a fever that I couldn't get below triple digits. I wanted to die!!! Only because I've dealt with Diabetes pain for 28years I had learned that unless I wanted to be on painkillers and all that junk that I had to cry out the pain, sleep as much as possible and figure out how to deal with it. I barely moved for a few weeks because it was so bad. I called them to tell them what was happening and was told to come in for my scheduled appt that was about 2 weeks away. When I went in I still had some swelling and some pretty noticeable bruising. The Dr looked at me and said I needed to wait longer to get impressions because I wasn't healed enough. And to come back in about 2-3 weeks. So I made another appt. Roughly 7 weeks after having the extraction I went in to do impressions.
Mind you I thought impressions were something to do with temporary teeth. Then they mixed up some compound and when then put it in my mouth I couldn't stop gagging everytime they tried to crame it into my mouth and the entire time as it was hardening. I had tears streaming down my face the entire time. After about an hour it took to get them done, I was told they would call me when my dentures were ready. I believe it was 3 or 4 days later I got a call to come in to pick them up. And after everything, I was relieved and happy that the dentures were ready after a few days. I went back in and they went to put them in and again couldn't get them in without gagging and tears. The Dr left with them and said something to someone about being sure they were my pair because they seemed too big. He then came back and grinded them down and tried again. But still couldn't keep them in. He said I needed to get use to them. It's been 18months or so and I still can't wear them. They are too big.

Deserves 10 stars!!! My wife was traumatized as a child by a dentist. This dentist eased her anxiety and extracted her problem wisdom tooth without causing ANY discomfort. She came out of the office smiling and was ever so thankful!! And his price was about half of what other dentists charged. We highly recommend this office for all your wisdom teeth dental needs!!!!!
