I recently had a dental cleaning and I was very impressed with the entire experience. The office was clean and modern, and the staff was friendly and professional. My hygienist, was very thorough and gentle, and she took the time to explain everything she was doing. Dr.

Yen was also very knowledgeable and patient. I felt comfortable asking questions, and I was confident that he was taking the best care of my teeth. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great dental experience!

Best dentist in the world! I was in so much pain from Sunday. Took Advil and alleve and still pretty painful. I went straight to the office from Great Neck Monday morning. Yes, I could find a closer dentist but have had great service here for 5 years so didn’t want to change. They were so kind to treat me without an appointment as I was visibly in debilitating pain. Short summary, in at 10:30, in dental chair at 10:40. Scans and Novocain to treat the pain immediately. Cracked tooth that was infected.

Temp treatment to clean it out and root canal in the not so distant future. Importantly, pain is gone. We all have been there where we are in so much pain and hope to have someone as capable and caring as Dr. Yen. Luckily I do! Thanks again Dr. Yen and staff! Yeah, I know, it sounds like a commercial but when you’re in so much pain as I was, you’d be as thankful.

Unprofessional and Unjust Charges！！！ I was charged a $95 no-show fee for an appointment I never made. When I asked for proof, they provided none—no confirmation or records. Instead of handling the situation professionally, they were defensive and rude. A legitimate provider should have proper records and transparency. I do not recommend this office.

Dr. Yen is a fantastic dentist! The dentist I saw for years prior to him told me me that I didn't have cavities. However, with Dr. Yen, he informed me that I was given false information and backed it up with evidence from my x-rays.

Other than his dental work, he has an easy going attitude which is conducive to calming his patients while reassuring them what procedures they will undergo. His physical office is very well-kept and cozy.
