These people will give you an appointment for 11:30am and if you don’t get there at 8am to put your name down on the list, they make you do it at the time you arrive for your appointment so every person ahead of you will be seen before you. Meaning if you get seen at 7pm like I did then that’s the time they see you.

They don’t care about appointments or anything of that nature. I dare for them to diff!!

This place is horrible. The only good thing about this place are the workers. But when it comes to the dentist and the Manager they are the absolute worse. Starting with the dentist, they arrive very late, the doors open at 9am and they dentist tend to arrive after 10am. Once the dentist is their they jump from table to table helping different people.

Now when it comes to management she is a complete racist. I've tried talking to her and she turned around and said i dont speak Spanish as I'm talking English to her. I'm a new york Native i speak english. But for a MANAGER to turn her back on a customer is super disrespectful, i have never in my life felt discriminated and was in complete shock because she works in 181st the homeland of spanish speaking people.

i do not recommend this dentist office at all !!!! So let me start by saying this last month I called them asking if I can make an appointment with them for a fill-in & I told them my name & that it should be in their system because I’ve been there before. The receptionist told me that I can just walk in but just make sure I’m here by 8 in the morning I went over there for no reason because not only their doors wasn’t open at 8 in the morning I also didn’t get seen. I’m just confused on how you tell me to come in at 8 in the morning and doors don’t open till almost 9 in the morning. So when I get upstairs I speak to one of the receptionist saying who I am and why I’m here today and also I don’t have an appointment but I spoke to someone already and they told me I can walk in. She asks me why am I here I tell her for a fill-in she tells me that they only do fill-in Tuesdays & Thrusdays I came in on a Monday so I told her okay so book me in for tomorrow and she said oh we don’t have any space I can book you for next month I was super annoyed but I said okay just book me for next month. So she booked me for November 19th at 10 in the morning.

Yesterday November 18th I was waiting for a call to see if they were going to call me to confirm my appointment and they didn’t so I had to call them. When I spoke to someone I said who I am and why am I calling and when she asked for my name and I told her she ended up telling me “are you sure you have an appointment with us tomorrow ?” I told her yes and I explained to her what happened last month so she said okay I’ll see you tomorrow. At that point I was wondering to myself why would she ask me am I sure ? Today November 19th I made it to my appointment & let me tell you I’ve never been to a place that was very unprofessional with their time. I did not get seen until 1:32 in the afternoon, how is it that my appointment is for 10 in the morning and I don't get seen till 1:32 in the afternoon. I feel like if you make an appointment for a specific time you should been seen at that time no later than 30 minutes. I’m not really a big complainer but I was just annoyed that I showed up on time for my appointment to then be seen three hours later.

And it's not like they did an x-ray on me and then tell me to sit down and wait till they'll call me again. I was literally sitting down for three hours going back and forth asking the receptionist when will I be next and she ended up telling me that there is four people ahead of me which was fine but then two hours later she said I have two people ahead of me and that’s just insane and then finally she told me you’re up next and I get seen. My appointment today was just a fill-in it wasn’t even a big deal but it definitely did not take more than an hour for my fill-in today It only took 30 minutes for me to be done, but it's just insane to me that I had to wait three hours just for a fill-in when my appointment was for 10 in the morning, not 1:32 in the afternoon. I would not be coming here anymore after today the waiting time was just crazy to me, if I schedule for a time to be seen I should be getting seen not 3 hours later.

The dentists are wonderful I believe they are hiring just about anyone right now. You have staff That will schedule you to come in on a day they are closed,go figure. Then you get back and realize they are not ready for covid. No reason the wait times exceed 3 hrs with a scheduled time to be in. How the receptionist have her mask off, yet has Face Mask Required sign up fir the public? 5 hrs later and then you are requested to understand “appointments are made for show.

You only get seen if you act out of control or speak the same language. How is a person asking fir a business card ,but no one is available to assist. The sad part is due to the pandemic order is sometimes hard to find. At the end of the day, once you are paid attention to and worked on,you feel as if you are at the best place ever. Go figure
