We had a minor unpleasant encounter with one of the employees during our visit, but the way the team handled the situation left a very positive impression on us. The office manager personally reached out to understand what had happened and took the time to explain the situation from their team's perspective. Their professionalism, respect, and willingness to communicate openly made us feel truly valued.
