Superior patient/customer service! I was able to get a new patient appointment within a few days which is very rare. Lori is so friendly and accommodating on the phone and in person. Dr. Zhu is friendly and efficient. I pass about a half dozen dental offices to get there but the great service is worth the drive.

In my experiences with Dr. Zhu and Your Smile, it appears that they put profits over patent care. I saw another review on Google that indicated a patient was basically "shown the door" once it was established that she did not have dental insurance. I had a similar experience. My dental insurance is with the Affordable Care Act, and it only covers preventative dental care. Dr. Zhu was very attentive for my routine cleanings and x-rays which were covered 100%.

The problem arose when I needed additional work. Dr. Zhu capped a back tooth which was cracked. Since my insurance did not pay for this procedure, I paid 100% out of pocket; however, since I am with the Affordable Care Act, Your Smile was only permitted to charge me an amount which was $400 less than Dr. Zhu wanted to charge. -- Later down the road, I needed a partial for the same tooth. Dr.

Zhu's quote was $2,100 for one tooth. Comparison shopping with other dentists gave me prices closer to $500. I feel that once Dr. Zhu at Your Smile learned that my insurance through the Affordable Care Act put limits on what she could charge for covered procedures, she basically gouge priced procedures that were not covered, so that a patient with limited insurance would go elsewhere. I feel that Dr. Zhu and Your Smile put profits over patient care. :(

We love our visits at Your Smile!! Dr. Zhu and staff are extremely friendly and highly informative when suggesting dental procedures. We've been customers since 2018 to present and have no plans to go elsewhere. Looking forward to future visits! 😁
