I rarely leave negative reviews, but the customer service at this orthodontist’s office has been incredibly disappointing. I’ve tried calling multiple times and no one ever answers the phone. It’s nearly impossible to get any kind of communication or support. I scheduled an appointment and provided all of my insurance information as requested. Everything was submitted on my end, yet they still haven’t submitted the claim to my insurance — and it’s been over two months.

Despite following up, there’s been no progress, no explanation, and zero urgency on their part. To make matters worse, I’ve been in serious tooth pain this entire time. I feel completely neglected as a patient. This level of disorganization and lack of care is unacceptable for any healthcare provider, especially one dealing with something as important as dental health. I truly hope they improve their communication and patient handling — no one should have to go through this
