Very rude on the phone, I sat on hold for 5 mins and when I finally spoke to the lady I was asking about new patient information and she asked for his medical card info I told her I have it give me a second to grab it and she cut me off to tell me to call back she doesn't have a second, I literally just had to get up and get it and she was very rude and hung up on me.

I will not be taking my children there if this is the first initial reaction to me even making an appointment!! If you do not like your job get a new one!!!!!!!

If I could give them a 0 I would! My kids had a cleaning schedule for 8am I was there 15mins before and they never came from the back. They were in the back just laughing have a great time. I waited until 8:12 am. I tried calling they still had it going to voicemail. Left a message and they didn’t return my call back until days later. Very unprofessional would not recommend.

I brought my 2kids there for annual cleaning up. Staff are friendly and helpful for my 15yrs old boy. Only 1thing is my daughter 17yrs old can't get full teeth treatment for tooth crack here and had to go to the adult dentist. Thanks for your helping my kids

They told me my child had a cavity but I knew they was lying because my child was just seen about 6 weeks prior and they said he didn’t have a cavity in this particular area but they claimed he had it a different area. I followed my heart and got a second opinion from and Dental Office and was told my child has no cavities and also my child’s pcp recommended I stop going to Youth Smile because he said they’re not a good dental office and is known to do things like this.

So please if your child go here be sure to get a second opinion from another dental office if they try to say something is wrong because 9 times out of 10 they’re lying!!!!!
