Myself and two of my daughters have completed or are currently under treatment by Zaytoun Orthodontics. My oldest had traditional metal Braces. Myself and my middle child went the Invisalign route. All 3 of us have been very satisfied with the services we have received from the Garner office.

RIP OFF! Save your money and go to an orthodontic practice that cares! for starters they are one of the most expensive orthodontist around . 7$$$, for Braces and the doctor never actually handled my care. The entire treatment is done by techs. The initial placement , wires, all adjustments , elastics ,whatever ,the techs did it all . The Zaytouns would only come to give me a look over and off they went. This was throughout the entire duration of my treatment. If i had an issue they would brush it off and say it was my fault the results weren’t coming along and i did everything i was instructed.

When we finally got to the end of the treatment i was not please and let both the father and daughter know what my concerns were. I was told to “ see how they settle” and they took them off . Fast forward i still don’t like the final result and when i asked “ what’s next “ , i was instructed to take my records else where and get a second opinion because “ you have lost trust in us” and “ i can’t change the shape of your teeth”… lol wow. . what a joke! waste my time and money . fyi i had an overbite and bottom crowding something basic that braces shouldn’t have a problem fixing . no major dental work needed to be done .

. oh and I forgot to mention they ordered the techs to wire me up some way and remove elastics and by my next office visit a gap in my front teeth appeared ( never had a gap) . . again when brought to their attention they would gaslight me and say it was my teeth. I trusted the process and they let me down.
