The staff here is incredible. They know engage you by name as soon as you walk in the door. That goes a long way. I'm having alot of work done and they are explaining every single step to me.

Dr. Lauren is absolutely amazing! My teeth had shifted after not wearing my previous retainer, so I wanted to straighten them back out. I chose to do Invisalign, and Dr. Lauren made my teeth look better than before! I was highly impressed by her credentials, and her amazing chair side manner. Not only did she graduate top of her class in dental school (which was comforting to me), she was also extremely kind and caring. She was always more than willing to answer any and all questions that I had.

Unfortunately we did not have a great experience here. Dr Olson attempted to put a spacer in for my daughter, it was too big and came out the same evening. She was also told that it wouldn’t hurt. My daughter was in tears and was bleeding so obviously it caused some pain. In addition to that I called the office and spoke to Debbie who was incredibly rude to me.

The focus on the patient. I really appreciate that all conversations were directed to Ryan and Brandon. We didn't feel rushed. The office feels comforting!

Dr Hood-Olson and her staff are just amazing!! They work so well and taking the timeto explain every move to my 11 year with Autism, which makes him feel at ease!!
