His office staff is rude and hard to deal with- will charge for any missed appointment. It happens but they're rude and insistent on payments. Still charge for the complete missed service to my insurance - $400! Didn't perform it but sent it in for payment. $100 missed apptmt plus $400 for service not done.

Where is my previous post???? People need to know this practice before arriving! I was charged over $200 for two pills that I could have gotten for a fraction of the cost. He won't give you a prescription. Come to find out his charges are steep,so he can pay his colleagues. New business aches and pains! Please follow up on phone calls. When there is a problem,you don't get a call back!I posted about him before,but it doesn't show up for some reason. People need to know about this practice and their astronomical charges. Dr. McClellan was very friendly, easy to talk to, and professional in demeanor. His staff took care of all details efficiently, and made sure I had all the information I needed to be comfortable and up-to-date on what was currently happening as well as what would take place during surgery. I had a gum graft on three adjoining teeth, and have had a 'seamless' surgery as well as an amazing recovery! Kudos to you and your staff!

I'm so surprised to see the previous comment about Dr. McClellan's personality. He's one of the nicest people I've ever met! More importantly he did a fantastic job with my implant. His staff is also amazing. I'll definitely go back to them if I ever need an oral surgeon again.

I had four gum graft surgeries done with Dr. McClellan in a 4 year span. Going into my first surgery I was incredibly nervous, but Dr. McClellan reassured me that he was going to take care of me. And that he did! Dr. McClellan goes above and beyond for his patients. He listens to them, checks in with them at home after the surgery, and he really gets to know his patients. When you come to his office, you become apart of the family. It was a bitter sweet feeling knowing I didn't have any more sur

I found Dr McClellan's personality very offputting and dismissive. He seemed very arrogant. He appeared to be very knowledgeable but I won't go to him again.
