I had been a patient for four years. When I lost my job and insurance I couldn't see the dentist. I recently got new insurance but it doesn't pay enough for that practice. Just make sure you have money to supplement your insurance. I didn't.

Not great, unfortunately. We wasted an appointment because she didn't check the charts first, and told my daughter she had to wait for two baby teeth to fall out before getting Invisalign. If she had checked the charts before the visit, she would have seen that my daughter has no adult teeth to push those two baby teeth down, therefore we were told to wait for something that will never happen.... Then her front desk staff was embarrassingly rude to my husband, treated him like he is incapable of signing a contract, didn't explain the purpose of the visit, referred to him as "the father" and other really rude body language that was very disdainful to my child's father. I decided not to waste my time there anymore, which is sad because I used to really like Dr. Hooks.
