Dr. Alexandra George graduated from the West Virginia University School of Dentistry in 1990. She completed her general practice residency program at the Veteran's Administration Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and has since dedicated her professional career to providing her patients with high quality, complete cosmetic and restorative dentistry care. Dr. George specializes in high-end cosmetic dentistry, including dental implants, full mouth reconstruction, and orthodontics. She has a true passion and talent for creating smiles that are both healthy and beautiful. Her extensive training and experience in restorative dentistry, gives her the ability give you the smile of your dreams. Her devotion to being the best in her field is reflected in her constant desire for continual learning. Dr. George also focuses on treating patients with temporomandibular joint disorder (TMJD). She attended the world-renowned Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies (LVI) for postgraduate education in neuromuscular dentistry. While at LVI, she completed more than 400 education hours, becoming one of the few dentists in the world to earn the LVI Fellow distinction. This means that all dental work she does—cosmetic or restorative—is carefully planned with the temporomandibular joint (TMJ) alignment in mind. Dr. George goes the extra mile to ensure that the balance and alignment of your bite are properly maintained throughout all your dental treatment.
