About
Dr. Tenrrero has over 35 years of dental experience, spanning multiple countries, specialties, and thousands of patients. Born in Cuba, she received her first dental degree in 1986 from the University of Santiago de Cuba. After graduating, she worked as a General Dentist and Clinical Instructor. She furthered her degree with additional training from the University of Santiago de Cuba in Oral Maxillofacial Surgery and become an Oral Surgeon in 1996. Soon after, she moved to the United States with her family where she continued her studies while simultaneously working as an EDDA (Expanded Duties Dental Assistant). Dr. Tenrrero was accepted to the University of Puerto Rico School of Dentistry in the Advanced International Training Program, where she subsequently graduated with Honors with a Doctorate of Dental Medicine Degree (DMD). Dr. Tenrrero holds a deep passion for dentistry and a resolute committment to her profession and the patients she serves. Her goal is always the "patient's comfort and satisfaction" and she strongly believes that a healthy smile helps lead to a healthy and positive life. Dr. Tenrrero lives in Louisville, KY with her husband and two children. She loves spending free time with her family, cooking, listening to good music, and watching her favorite shows!
