Dr. Alonzo M. Bell received his doctor of dental surgery degree in 1982 from Northwestern University. In addition to being a licensed general family dentist, Dr. Bell has also completed hundreds of hours of continuing education in the area of sleep apnea therapy. Building a foundation of trust by treating our patients as special individuals is vital to our success. I was born without lateral incisors. The first dentist (at 18)made two bridges of my front 6 teeth. The experience was horrifying, painful, and I’ve had an extreme fear of the dentist ever since. I had people ask me why my teeth were “grey.” When I had them redone at 30, Dr. Bell made them PERFECT. So many compliments! He understood my fear and was patient and understanding. He used Nitrous and talked me through each step. I’m almost 50, moved 100 miles away but still go back! He’s amazing!

I want to Dr. Bell years ago. When I called to make my appointment, I asked if they took my insurance and they did. After my appointment, I was surprised when she said I owed over $150. She ran after me and said she billed me incorrectly. I was relieved, until she said I owed over $250 more. I never got any money back because Dr. Bell was not on my plan. I gave them a second chance and the same thing happened two more times. I've been waiting months to get hundreds of dollars back.
