Dr. Amanda M. Merikas is a compassionate dentist who loves treating both adults and children. She prides herself upon getting to know her patients and making them feel a part of her family. Dr. Merikas enjoys making patients feel their best whether through restorative, cosmetic dentistry or facial rejuvenation to complement a perfect smile using Botox and Dermal Fillers. She dedicates herself to continuing education and lifelong learning to stay on the forefront of dental research and technology so that she may best serve her patients. A native of Chicago, Dr. Merikas attended the University of Wisconsin where she earned a Bachelors Degree in the field of Genetics. Thereafter, she continued her education at Tufts University, School of Dental Medicine in Boston, MA. While at Tufts Dental, she had the distinct honor of conducting dental research for Bisco, Inc. and later for 3M ESPE in Germany. The results of her research have been published and presented for the International Association for Dental Research (IADR). Dr. Merikas is a member of the American Dental Association, South Florida District Dental Association, and the American Academy of Facial Esthetics. On a sunny day you may catch Dr. Merikas enjoying a run or lounging on the beach.
