I have been going to this dentist office for many years. I highly recommend Dr. Caldieraro. He and his staff are friendly and really care about me as a patient. His receptionist, Heather, is very personable, and helps guide me through the insurance maze.

Dr. Caldieraro and staff are professional and experienced. He has been my dentist for almost a year. I don’t have any complaints from working with Heather, who explained the process with my insurance perfectly, to the hygienist to Dr. Caldieraro. He takes time to listen and explains what he’s doing every step of the way. Plus his workmanship is gentle and pain free. It’s always a friendly atmosphere from the time you walk through the door to when the appointment ends. I highly recommend Dr. Caldieraro for your dental care.

I really like Dr Caldieraro and the hygienist but Heather makes a lot of errors with billing and accounts. The change in hours and staffing results in longer wait periods to get in for work or to get results.

My husband and I are both Essence Advantage HMO customers. We both saw Dr. Andrew Caldieraro in Wood River, IL to have the preventive cleaning and xrays. According to your website we have a zero copay for this service but we were charged $35 and $25 respectively for our visits. Additionally, we were both charged $126 for full mouth xrays even though we specifically told them that we only wanted the services provided by our insurance. After speaking at length with their receptionist, Heather, they have promised to refund these amounts after we sign releases. However, we do not believe a release should be necessary for a refund that should not have been billed in the first place.

Dr. Caldieraro is an excellent dentist. He is the most pain-free dentist I have ever had work on my teeth in more than 60 years.
