Dr. Dill is the only pediatric dentist I know of as of January 2020 who properly considers SDF for minor caries or enamel hypoplasia on children instead of subjecting them to caps, fillings, and extractions or additional surgery. He also knows a little bit about MTHFR and understands declining Nitrous for at risk children. Besides his up to date practice, he follows excellent informed consent and boundary behaviors for children, including making eye contact, explaining what's happening, and always ensuring the parents can be present during any exams or procedures. All of my children have positive experiences with him and they do not view the dentist as scary or bad. He doesn't do anything violating such as the "bag and gas" method and he clearly has a flexible and proactive approach, making sure each child gets optimal healthcare. The only negative is my insurance doesn't fully cover him. He's well worth paying out of pocket.

Dr. Dill is the real deal. He is outstanding with toddlers. My son (2.5 yr. old) had his first visit and then had to have two appointments for fillings. He made what would otherwise be an uncomfortable and scary situation for a toddler be fun and enjoyable. Dr. Dill is patient, friendly, and works extremely well with little kids. We are very pleased with the dental work he performed.

He is so caring and knows just how to make my child calm. I recommend him to all my family. His staff is very nice and professional also. There is no other choice for me.
