About
During his four years at the University of Maryland, School of Dentistry, Dr. Lericos served on his class executive board and was a member of the American Student Dental Association, a recipient of the Martin Luther King Jr. Diversity Award, was chosen as a Junior Pediatric Dentistry Clerk, and was awarded the Dean's Award for Community Service upon graduation. During his junior and senior year at UMSOD, Dr. Lericos sat on the Admissions Committee which helped select the next young men and women who were exceptional candidates for dental school and he continues to be a mentor for other students along that same path as a Pre-Health Committee interviewer for his alma mater. Dr. Lericos has held jobs in every aspect of the field, from being a dental assistant to working in a dental laboratory making crowns and bridges, but none has been more rewarding than addressing a patient's needs directly as their dentist. He is beyond enthusiastic to be joining the dental team here at Perry Hall Dental Associates and is looking forward to making connections with the patients in this area. Dr. Lericos is a personable dentist with a passion for shaping smiles and alleviating oral concerns. ``Dentistry is such an intricate problem-solving puzzle. No patient is the same and because of that no treatment is ever the same. It is a joy solving that puzzle with my patients and doing so in a delicate and comfortable manner.`` Dr. Lericos regularly takes continuing education classes and is most interested in how technology and dentistry are evolving together. He has been fortunate enough to learn conversational Greek and Spanish. His other interests include travel and running, having recently completed his fifth half marathon. Dr. Lericos has treated everyone in his life with care and compassion and continues to strive for excellence in every setting.
