About
Dr. Wingate graduated from the public school system in Garner, North Carolina. She earned her high school diploma from Garner Senior High School in 1989. It was during her freshman year that she purposed to become a dentist. This career choice afforded her the opportunity to matriculate to Bennett College in Greensboro, NC where she excelled. Dr. Wingate ultimately earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Bennett College and was quickly accepted into the dental school program at, the historically-prestigious, Howard University in Washington, DC. In 1997, Dr. Wingate earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Howard University’s College of Dentistry.
