As the wave of our Medical and Dental care has been increasingly absorbed by PPO's and HMO's, we have a choice at this Dental practice: Either see many patients in increments of 15 or 30 minutes, thereby trying to maximize my income, but compromise the quality of the dental care each patient deserves, or schedule appointments on a case by case basis, and bill the patient for my services.
