About
Ashley DeSaix was born and raised in North Carolina. She grew up in the wonderful small town of Burgaw and went to school in Pender County. Dr. DeSaix has a strong family ethic, which is the driving force behind her compassion as a practitioner, and as a wife and mother. Her experiences as a dental patient — including fillings, implants, and periodontal surgery — mean that she understands what it is like to be a patient, so you can rest assured that you are her top priority. Dr. DeSaix received her undergraduate degree from North Carolina State University, and then received a master's degree in public health from East Carolina University. She then decided to pursue a career in dentistry and obtained her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Dr. DeSaix values her memberships with the American Academy of General Dentistry, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, American Academy of Sleep Dentistry, North Carolina Dental Society, and the American Dental Association. Dr. DeSaix and her husband, Todd, have two beautiful children. You will likely see any or all of them in our office on any given day. She can't wait to see your smile!
