Very professional, clean and has high hygiene standards. After she washed her hands, she dropped a paper towel to the floor but she picked it after she had attended to me. First I thought she was going to leave it for someone to pick it up but I realized that she wanted to attend to me first then take care of the paper towel after. I was impressed. I also observed her push a chair with the back of her hand/ wrist area instead of grabbing it with her hands because she had gloves on and was already attending to me. Thank you for protecting your patients especially during this time of Covid. I am impressed with your good hygiene standards.

Dr. Taylor told me my pain was in my head and I should seek counseling. Fast-forward ten years later and I've been diagnosed with Idiopathic Condylar Resorption and advanced Degenerative Joint Disease. I'm in my 20's. If she had taken me seriously and referred me to a TMJ specialist or oral surgeon, I might not be where I am today: being told I need a total joint replacement before I'm thirty. She had the audacity to suggest my issues were because I was a self-conscious teenage girl. Abysmal.

Not only is she one of the most amazing people I have ever met but she has patience beyond compare. She is delicate and sweet and gives 100% to make you feel comfortable and at ease. And those are the most difficult things to overcome for people that have issues with going to the dentist. I would recommend her over anyone else in the whole world not just in the area she is in but on the whole planet. I adore her. She helped me out when no other dentist could even begin to.
