Dr. Austin Burns is a native of Brazil, IN. He attended Indiana State University and obtained a bachelor's degree in business finance. Following his undergraduate work, Dr. Burns attended Indiana University School of Dentistry where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. From Dr. Burns: I continually participate in continuing education courses to stay up-to-date with the changes in the dentistry profession. I am a member of the American Dental Association and the Indiana Dental Association, a board member of the Indiana University Alumni Association, and a member of the Clay County Health Board. I live in Brazil with my wife, Brianna. I am very grateful for the opportunity to work and live in the town which I was raised. Serving my hometown is a true blessing. I am also a member of Berea Christian Church. Being a Christian is a very important part of both my personal and professional life. Brianna and I met when we were only fourteen years old. We were married in 2006 and had our first child, Ashlyn Deanne, in December 2010. Our second child, Lynlee Ava, followed in February 2014. Brianna works in the practice as Office Manager and is a true asset to my dental team. It is very important to me for my practice to have a family atmosphere. I want patients to understand that the relationship between the dental team and the patient is critical. My staff and I are not here to only treat teeth. We strive to form life-long relationships with all our patients and to educate them about their oral health. Come to our office and meet us personally.
