I was given a complete work-up, and after my cleaning, I was soothed with Vaseline and a warm towel! What a pleasant surprise!
Dr DSouza and her assistant, Heather, stand out from other dental practices we have used. They do not try to fit your treatment into a time-slot; instead, they take the time necessary to consult, explain, and treat based upon the work that needs to be done. It is quite refreshing to be seen by a dentist with this old-fashioned approach and bed-side manner.
Dr. Dsouza is a wonderful caring dentist. Along with Heather her assistant I have always gotten the best care possible.
Every time I walk in for an appointment I am met with staff who genuinely seem happy to see me. I feel my teeth are well taken care of, any questions I have are answered, and my happiness and health are the priority of every visit.
Dr. Dsouza is well qualified and did thorough check for me (even diagnosed with TMJ for the first time, which I knew, but none of my previous dentists checked for). The only thing that would make me hesitate to go back was the 2 hour wait time as a first-time patient (add to that actual cleaning and assessment). Assistants were all helpful and kind. However, basic office management seemed lacking. Instead of waiting until I got there, admin could have checked with my insurance beforehand. Instead of assuming I only had medical insurance, they could have scrolled down and seen I had dental insurance, too. Instead of Dr. Dsouza micro-managing patients, my basic cleaning could have been done by a dental hygienist and she could have come in for a quick evaluation at the end. Instead, it was a huge waiting game. Perhaps it was an atypical day, but I had to cancel two other commitments and wasted 3 hours of my day for a simple cleaning.
Been using Dr. D'Souza for several years. She is very thorough and professional. Also very focused on minimizing discomfort in dental procedures.

I recommend Dr D'Souza learn to mange better of hire a manager because she doesn't seem to know how to run an office .... I have seen all new staff EVERY TIME I go in there. Doesn't make me feel comfortable because now all those girls have my information or know it. It is a SERIOUS risk to patients !!!!!
I, as has my family, have been a patient with Dr. D'Souza for over 15 years. The high quality of service has been consistent all these years. She is thoughtful in her approach. She genuinely cares about her patients and their health. I recommend her highly and without hesitation.
