About
Dr. Stroud is a son of Tennessee who is as committed to his patients and work as he is to his family. Born and raised in Knoxville, the health and strength of Ben's roots are rivaled only by his vision and passion to serve others. That passion to serve is rooted in his faith and is the very Cornerstone of Dr. Stroud's dental practice. Dr. Stroud earned his Bachelors of Science in Biology from UT-Knoxville in 1998, and his Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 2002 from UT-Memphis. He is also a graduate of the Las Vegas Institute of Advanced Dentistry (LVI), where he received extensive cosmetic training, and he studied at the American Academy of Sleep Dentistry where he researched, studied and trained in sleep apnea therapy and snore-guard design. Ben and his wife Amanda have two sons, Bowen and Everett, and a daughter, Kyla. They find the most joy in spending time in the Word, raising and playing with their children, and sharing time with each other on the lake. Dr. Stroud genuinely enjoys getting together with friends for Bible study, talking about and learning more about our Lord. Additionally, he loves adventure sports and being in the water. When not at work and when the water's warm, you may find him kayaking, boating or wakeboarding. And, of course, he loves spending time with his immediate and extended family. In addition to providing standard oral hygiene and general dentistry, Dr. Stroud focuses on complex cosmetic cases, full-mouth rehabilitation, TMJ and treatment for obstructive sleep apnea.
