I had a root canal 5/12/22. I was ready to cancel because I was terrified. My last experience with another Endo was traumatic, but Dr. Wheeler was AMAZING! His assistant was so kind and sweet. She has a beautiful voice at least I think she does because she hummed almost every song that came on and it was so comforting. My anxiety was through the roof when I arrived, but they made me feel so comfortable and safe. Dr. Wheeler didn't minimize my fear and he talked me through everything.... very patiently. I have managed many Healthcare practices and I haven't seen one as smoothly ran from the front check-in to the back office in a really long time. Clean office, great staff, AMAZING doctor!!
