I went to my consultation in November. I called the last few months about my teerh. First they said the was waiting for my insurance. A month later my insurance stated there is no prior authorization for my insurance. At this point I feel like I am being discriminated against due to my insurance. I been in pain almost 3 months snd it’s ridiculous!!
I first met Dr Bobbi in the 1990's and as my butt as scooting down the chair on it's own she said I don't believe in pain in dentistry. I was thinking yea right. She was great. I told everyone I knew that they had to go to her. She is great and you will not regret going to see Dr Bobbi. Age doesn't matter she is as good with us seniors as she is with little ones. Make an appointment you won't regret it.

Dr Hawranko was undoubtedly the most professional and kind dentist I have ever had the pleasure to have helped me. I found myself in a great deal of pain from a tooth that needed a root canal. She was able to schedule an appointment for me quickly. She made the entire experience as comfortable as possible. I am someone that has never been fond of going to the dentist. Just like many other people I am very nervous and anxious about the entire experience. It was the first time in my life I felt completely at ease in a dental setting. Thank you so much Dr Hawranko for your professionalism and personal touch. Not only did you fix my dental issue but you helped me see the entire dental experience in a new light.
This practice was new to me 2 years ago, after my local dentist retired and dentistry in Florida is not at all like it is here in the north. I found the Dentists at Hartwood. I love this practice and the people that staff it. From friendly Jean who offers to make me tea, to the hygenists, Dr. Bobbie's, assistant Tyler, Michael, the practice manager and of course, Dr Bobbie , the star. They made me feel comfortable, welcome and in good hands. I was having MAJOR dental work of removal and replacement of 33 year old veneers and I am ecstatic with the results. My teeth are beautiful!!!! The procedure was long and arduous but each step of the way, my comfort and safety was a priority. Do not look any further!
Dr. Bobbie is a brilliant dentist who is compassionate and thoughtful. I am 67 and without a doubt, she is the best dentist ever. She is able to not only see her patient’s teeth, but sees their whole body and how the teeth are one piece of their entire health. She discovered a sinus problem I had my entire life and recommended I see an ENT. After a simple sinus surgery, I no longer need any sinus medicine at all. I owe Dr. Bobbie everything!!
