This man here had zero professionalism. He wasted our time and was only eager to do the work that he could do before five. He didn’t answer any of our questions and yelled “you’re gonna rip me a new one!?” Honestly the amount of time that it took him to get from 0 to 100 was very scary. He became very irritable.

If there was a zero I would award him. What he says and what is written in the chart is not the same. I found myself arguing all the time with him all the time based on what he recommended me as for treatment I followed but later on he states that I was the one who refused treatment. I was asked whether or not he was christian, I replied I did not know. Because I did not know, we are not on that type of relationship He refused to continue my treatment. I was informed of this by the patient advocate and not from him. I am really disappointed by the lack of professionalism that he showed.

He was nice until I signed up for financing and showed up to my next appointment. His behavior shift was extremely unsettling & scary. Very rude & cold. Like someone else said..openly hostile. I begged his assistant to complete the work when he walked away during my procedure to do something else (for like the 5th time) and not to let Dr Murray do it. I knew she couldn’t, but it was worth a try. It’s scary to be at the mercy of someone so cold- it was like being the patient of Jekyll & Hyde. Very painful & stressful experience. Please read the reviews & do your research. Just be careful & get a 2nd opinion.

Excellent !!!!! worked me in his schedule...... I was in a lot of pain... l LOVE when a doctor shows compassion... he was very nice and professional.

Dr. Murray's current whereabouts: Monarch Dental, Burleson, TX. Dr. Murray is like the worst used car salesman. He shakes your hand gently with a smile and says "I'm working for YOU." He tried to sell my child braces - who has straight teeth and no cavities. I had no cavities but got a thousands of dollars treatment plan "in case there is something hiding under one of your caps", he wants to remove them ALL to investigate. X-ray machine set to purposely discomfort so you think you have problems.

Polite one moment and openly hostile the next. You don't need that kind of stress from a man with his hands in your mouth.

BEWARE. He makes a lot of mistakes. You can be there all morning long for one cavity, even when the waiting room is empty. He tries to sell a lot more dental services than you need for things that another dentist will tell you there is nothing wrong. I blame Monarch that makes the dentists bring in more profit.
