About
After college, Dr. Hunt attended the University of Louisville School of Dentistry, where he became interested in advanced dentistry, including crowns, bridges, and implants. Based on his interests, he decided to attend the University of North Carolina's Advanced Education in General Dentistry program. During his time at UNC he met and was mentored by Dr. Barker. While at UNC, Dr. Hunt broadened his knowledge in many significant areas of dentistry. He received advanced training in crowns/bridges, aesthetic dentistry including Invisalign, veneers, dental implants, endodontics, oral surgery, and periodontics. Since completing his education in 2013, Dr. Hunt has practiced dentistry just outside of Raleigh. While practicing, Dr. Hunt has continued to grow and advance his knowledge of dentistry through his clinical experience, advanced training, and continuing education. Moreover, Dr. Hunt has focused explicitly on sedation, dental implants, surgery, and esthetic dentistry. Since beginning the practice of dentistry Dr. Hunt has placed hundreds of dental implants and has developed a genuine love for implant dentistry and the benefits it can bring to his patients. Dr. Hunt is also certified in I.V. Moderate Conscious sedation and enjoys offering this service to his patients with dental anxiety.
