Care Philosophy

After serving as Chief of Prosthodontics, providing quality dental treatments for over 17,000 soldiers of Fort Drum and the 10th Mountain Division (Light Infantry), Dr. Brett Langston has returned home to serve metro Atlanta's dental needs in private practice. Dr. Langston earned his dental degree from The Medical College of Georgia and completed his Prosthodontics residency at Fort Gordon.Dr. Langston has rigorous training and experience that provides him with a special understanding of the dynamic of a smile, the preservation of a healthy mouth, and the creation of tooth replacements. He is extremely qualified to provide you with all dental implant and dental restoration options.Dr. Langston is in love with his wife, Lyndsay, and their 3 children, Alexis, Anabelle and Knox. His wife is an Atlanta periodontist who practices with Dr. Sugarman and Dr. Krishna on the west side of Atlanta. They have been together since high school and actually enjoy discussing dentistry over dinner. Dr. Langston loves sports and swimming, but mostly enjoys spending time with his family.

When I originally came to Dr. Langston's office, I told him I had an ugly smile and wanted it to be improved, He told me I had a beautiful smile and he would make it more beautiful!!! He did!!! Great personality and the entire office staff is amazing!! I highly recommend this office!!!

Dr Langston and his staff are very supportive and very caring. They make sure that they explain the procedure and details very well and make sure that you are comfortable and they are very caring and cheerful. I would definately recommend them to anyone for all their dental needs and will always come back.

Dr.Langston was efficient, thorough, knowledgable, professional, and personalble, with a good sense of humor. Erica, the Dental Assistant was subperb. She was efficient, knows her stuff and is very good at it. It's a pleasure coming here.

I've been a patient for 36 years... what more can I say?!

Before my visit I was told my services would be covered by my insurance and that the practice was in network. I then received a bill A YEAR LATER will no notice before then. The first bill I received was blank aside from a balance due and the billing date was for this year. After calling for a description of services I found that this practice was not in network and so my insurance only covered it partially. Whenever the office called they had my first name wrong. This has been so suspicious.
