Dr. Billard accepted me as a patient in an emergency situation 3 years ago. I had a large infection spreading down my neck that required cutting my gums to release pressure. I have been using Dr. Billard & crew ever since.

Dr. Bullard is by far the most Highly skilled Dentist in the entire Illinois Valley area.I say this knowing he does all his own work. Root Canals,Crowns,Implants, Anything at ALL . Most Dentists send you to different places. He is Excellent.Have been going to Dentists since the late 1960's. Been a Patient of his over a decade.No need to change!?? I absolutely do recommend Dr. Billard to friends and family. He has restore my faith in dentist after having a terrible experience in my hometown. And my hygienist was the best experience yet, would love to have her all the time very personable, knowledgeable and great at her procedure.s

I've been going to Dr Billard for 17 years and have never experienced any pain or problems with any of my procedures. The entire staff is extremely professional and Dr Billard is a talented and caring dentist. I highly recommend Alliance Dental to everyone!

The waiting time was extremely long. My husband waited over an hour and half once. When he had a problem they wouldn't get him in and the tooth broke. He makes you come back in baby appointments instead of just getting it done.
