About
Dr. Crouse received his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry in 2011, and is certified by the North Eastern Regional Board of Dental Examiners to practice General Dentistry. Following dental school, he went on to complete advanced training in all aspects of dentistry through a one-year hospital based General Practice Residency at St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital, which he completed in 2012. Dr. Crouse completed a one-year comprehensive program in Implant Dentistry through the American Academy of Implant Dentistry at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine's MAXI course and earned an Affiliate Associate Fellowship through the American Academy of Implant Dentistry in 2017. He is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry and American Academy of Implant Dentistry.
