The offices at Cranberry Dental Studio are beautiful with state of the art equipment, but it's the people there that make it so special! From the initial phone call to make an appointment, I could tell how much they value their patients. When I am in the dentist's chair, I feel like I'm the only patient there (which, of course, I'm not)--never am I sitting wondering if they forgot about me. The work I've had done is impeccable, and I was completely comfortable throughout the procedures! Highly, highly recommend!!
Doctors Brian and Rob, the entire staff, and the state-of-the-art facility are incredible. Have basically kept myself in a bubble since the onset of the pandemic due to a poor immune system. However had an issue needing attention, and they could not have done a better job with safety protocols and mitigation efforts in place to make me very comfortable. Not to mention, the doctors and staff have all been fantastic since the inception of the practice, always cutting edge with technology and education of staff, and could not imagine going anywhere else. - Patrick O'
Dr Klaich is a dentist who definitely puts his patients first! I recently had to go in on an emergency visit and needed treatment right away. Although he had a busy schedule he worked on me through his lunch hour and I was able to return to work! The workers in this office are highly trained professionals who are attuned to their patient’s needs and who truly care about their comfort and concerns. I’m so glad I can rely on them!

The office staff is friendly and efficient. Drs. Brian and Rob are wonderful people who have your best interests at heart. They aren’t satisfied until you are satisfied. Their work is fantastic. The dental hygienists are equally wonderful!

Where do I start! This is probably the best dental office. Everything about the office is clean and pristine. Sets your mind at ease during these times of COVID-19! Quick and efficient scheduling. Every staff member is of top notch skill and courtesy. Dr. Brian Klaich himself is a tremendously skilled and caring practitioner. I will go no where else. Simply the best.

I’ve been going to Dr Brian for a few years now and I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. He is definitely at the top of his game. I’ve been to a few others and none compare. State of the art dentistry to say the least. Dr Brian and his staff make you feel so comfortable. So if your looking for a new dentist and want the Best in the business then Dr Brian is who you want for sure!
