Dear Dr Waldman,I am writing to express my frustration and the feeling of being disrespected by the front office staff. It was quite embarrassing to be engaging in a conversation with someone that you assume is there to help problem solve with you to then hear them say, “I’m not going to argue with you!” As a person of color that is highly belittling and caused me to feel undervalued when I was not raising my voice nor was, I moving in a threatening manner. I have been a patient at your office since 2014, and I have very much enjoyed my experiences and the services up till this point. I truly appreciated you stepping in and listening to what I needed and your willingness to make the correct mouth guard. Hopefully, this email with prompt a conversation with your staff about language, customer engagement and how to defuse a situation versus using triggering phrases that causes someone to leave your office with concerns about their experience.Thanks, Terry Starks

I have visited several dentists during my lifetime. Dr. Waldman is one of the most courteous, frienliest and most of all, gentle-handed dentist I have ever had the opportunity to be a patient of. My whole family loves all the hygienists in this office as well as the very friendly front desk associates.

Great , polite , all the gals are kind and compassionate , the Dr. Waksman knows his job , considerate , kind , Heath awareness , smart , careful not too cause you pain , always checking on your status for pain when performing extractions , and work on your teeth ,

Dr. Waldman was kind and caring during my visit. He used a topical anesthetic before giving shots for my tooth extraction. My previous dentist didn't use a topical anesthetic, only the shots. He pulled the tooth quickly with no pain, only the feeling of pressure. He made sure I was informed before each step. Dr. Waldman has a wonderful, caring staff. My financial plan and insurance was explained before any procedures were done which helped put me at ease. Highly recommend!
