I have a front tooth with a root canal that went bad and now the tooth is cracked straight down the middle and is grey. Makes me self conscious about my appearance. After-rays and 3D images the Dr. reviewed he suggested full dentures . After insurance my portion is $10,000.00. In house financing approved but payment is more than my car payment. I asked about just getting uppers to get the front tooth taken care of and was shot down . I was told it would not be a good idea. After I got home I thought I'd call and ask about a partial so that I could get this broken tooth fixed. They never responded to my question and guess they never will. Seems to me it was the $10,000.00 or nothing. I Hope all locations of Aspen Dental don't treat patients this way. I had such high hopes of being able to smile and get this fixed. What a diappointment this was. Why do they bother to ask if you like your smile if they really don't put forth the effort to help you achieve the look you desire.

We have been to his office twice. We have a two hour drive each time. We have YET to see the Dr. The first time we weren’t told we needed an antibiotic so we did not get to have our appt. Rescheduled, got there & waited because they were having a staff meeting. Then, even though we had taken our antibiotic for 3 days we still didn’t get to see the Dr because he wanted us to take them an Hour before!!! We have wasted time & gas because of POOR communication on his end! I can’t tell you if he’s a good Dr. because We HAVE YET to SEE HIM! We won’t be returning to Aspen Dental in Wausau Wisconsin!!!
