He took care of a retreat root canal for me. The previous endodontist left roots in my mouth that caused a very painful abscess. He and his staff were professional, kind, and got me out of pain. The office was clean and everything seemed to go very smoothly. I went back for a check up and it was also a good experience. There were no surprises. I really appreciated this group.

The front office staff is incompetent. I came in for a cleaning (after actually reaching a live person, having left two messages on the voicemail...with no one calling me back), and the cleaning went great! I thought the doctor and his wife were wonderful. The front office staff is a completely different matter. After my cleaning, I had two cavities, and needed to make another appointment for a cleaning. They gave me an appointment card, so I showed up at that date and time. They had no record of my appointment, and of course could not get me in until the following Wednesday, which I received ANOTHER appointment card for. I called the afternoon before, as I had not received any call confirming my appointment the following day. On my way to my 3pm appt, I receive a call saying I missed my NOON appointment and would I like to reschedule. This is now TWO days I took off from work to go to appointments that I never received. Too many dentists out there for this incompetency.
